A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Lincoln County Released Inmates does not store or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its receipt and processing.

If you email or submit a contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
